Bathroom: Floor with Moroccan tile and underfloor heating, walls with wet room approved Fibo boards. Vakuum toilett from Jets. Luxuriously equipped with wall-hung mini-washing machine, towel dryer, recessed paper holder, hand shower and s mirror with built-in lighting, heating and digital clock.
Kitchen: Large work surfaces and plenty of storage. Combined oven / micro, built-in fridge and freezer. from Smeg. The kitchen counter has space for three bar stools and can be used as a dining area.
Exterior: Landscape pine panel painted in matte black sludge from Falu Red paint breaks nicely against the cedar shavings that will age beautifully. The roof is covered with galvanized double-folded sheet metal.
Heating: Electric floor heating runs throughout the house.
Other: Loft with room for double bed. Custom built bed frame with matching bedside tables. The house is equipped with a Plejd system that provides smart home functions such as control of the house's switch, timer and more.

From start to finish our communication with Fabian and his team was top notch. We lived 9,604 km away from our build, but Fabian kept us up to date with photos, videos, and messages weekly. It made the process so much fun and put our minds at ease, being so far away!
